Like the water bottle carrier, the frog underwent numerous changes during its service life. The frogs we have manufactured are those adopted in 1915. This frog has a six inch webbing tab sewn to the rear for the attachment of the entrenching tool helve carrier. It has two brass rivets at either side of the top loop.
