The WE37 Belt was a deveopment of the earlier WE25 Belt, Adjustable, incorporating angled buckle chapes at the rear of the belt. Made from 'flat-loop belting', 2 1/4 inches wide the belt had two brass buckles with angled chapes at the rear, a brass buckle at the front and two brass keepers. Originally offered in small or large sizes, extra large was added in 1939 and in 1948 the small size was renamed normal.

These belts are made by British contractors, most by M.E.&Co., in the 1950s. The belts appear to be unissued and are in excellent condition. Most have some small marks on the webbing as a result of storage however, this in no way detracts from the belts.

While the majority of belts we have are Normal size, we do have some small quantities of large and extra large sizes.
