This hat is a reproduction of that used by the Australian Army today. The Akubra slouch hat is fitted with the following accoutrements: a current issue hat badge, an original chin strap, and puggaree.

Though the embellishments may have changed slightly the Australian Army today wears a hat little different to those worn by Australian troops at the beginning of the 20th Century. The hat issued today is worn with both a corps badge and colour patch unfortunately, we are unable to supply either of these items.
