The 'crusher' cap was issued to USAAF personnel during the Second World War. The cap had no stiffener in the crown, and was soft and pliable. This allowed the headset to be worn over the cap without discomfiting the wearer. Worn in both Europe and the Pacific the caps were available for the winter and summer uniform. We offer both versions.
