Having sought the guidance of highly respected armourers, re-enactors and historians from around the world, Deepeeka's range of Greek and Roman arms and armour is recognised as being amongst the most authentic of all economical manufacturers. Dan Petersen (author of "The Roman Legions Recreated in Color Photographs" and founder of the re-enactment group Legio XIV Germinia Martia Victrix) has been particularly influential in the development of the Roman range.
