Charges


Postage charges are calculated during the checkout process, and are calculated on the total weight of the items purchased, where the items are to be delivered, as well as the postal service selected.

Delivery Times


Express Post

Express Post orders placed before 9.00am AEST will be processed on the same day. Express Post orders placed after 9.00am AEST will be processed the following day.

Express Post orders placed on either a Saturday or Sunday will be sent on the following business day.

Standard Post

Standard Post orders will be processed and despatched within 1 – 3 business days. Standard Australia Post delivery times will apply once your order has been despatched. To estimate delivery times please visit Australia Post’s delivery estimate page on their website. In the ‘From’ field enter ‘2000’, in the ‘To’ field enter the postcode you have provided for your order.

International Orders

All international orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery to countries outside Australia takes between 9 -26 business days, depending on country.

Tracking Your Order


Within three business days of placing your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress. To track your parcel and get an estimated delivery time, just follow the link in the tracking email.

Alternatively, once you receive your tracking number you can enter it on the tracking page of the Australia Post website.

Delivery Conditions


Next business day delivery to roadside addresses and offshore islands within these zones is not guaranteed. For any updates to expected delivery times, please refer to the Australia Post website.

You will need to sign for your order when it arrives. If you are not available to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

Firearms, Firearm Parts & Ammunition


Ammunition and other dangerous goods cannot be posted. Should you wish to order these items please contact us for a courier quote.

A firearms licence and permit to acquire are required to purchase firearms. If ordered from interstate, or from within NSW and not then collected in person from the store, a copy of your firearms licence must be sent to the store before any articles can be sent to you. A copy of your firearms licence can be faxed, mailed or emailed to the store.

Firearms not collected from the store are required to be sent to a firearms dealer, club armourer or, where applicable, police station in your local area. To collect the firearm you will require your firearms licence and permit to acquire.

Current NSW regulations do not allow us to accept permits to acquire from other states. All interstate firearms orders will have to be sent to a firearms dealer, club armourer or, where applicable, police station in your state.

In NSW a firearms licence must be viewed before firearm parts and ammunition can be purchased. If ordered from interstate, or from within NSW and not then collected in person from the store, a copy of your firearms licence must be sent to the store before any articles can be sent to you. A copy of your firearms licence can be faxed, mailed or emailed to the store.

When purchasing ammunition for handguns, a copy of a registration certificate for a firearm in the calibre ordered, is required, as well as a copy of your firearms licence.

International Orders


Firearms, firearms parts, ammunition and other dangerous goods cannot be shipped internationally.

Laws regarding restricted and prohibited articles will vary from country to country. Some items we sell at this store may be prohibited in your country and others may require a permit to import. If you are in any doubt as to the legality of an item in your country we strongly advise you to check with your local customs before ordering. We can accept no responsibility for parcels confiscated by customs.

Many countries charge taxes and duties on imported goods. These charges may or may not be applicable depending upon the value of the goods being imported. Customers should check with their local customs to see if they will be subject to any charges when importing goods. By law we cannot place a lower value on goods being exported.
