Details
Stilettos were light, easy to carry and often worn like jewelry by both men and women. In use throughout the European Renaissance, they were common at the feast table. It has been said that the stiletto was the favorite tool of assassins due to its size, weight and the ease with which it could be thrust through the layers of the heavy fabrics of the era. Windlass' version has a triangular shaped blade which is deeply fullered on all three sides and comes to a very keen point. The grip and pommel are turned in steel as is the typical short guard. A black leather scabbard with steel parts is included.
