Made by Windlass Steelcrafts, this kukri is issued to the Assam Rifles Gurkha Regiment of the Indian Army. It is made of a tempered 1065 high carbon steel and the blade can be sharpened to a very fine edge. It features the traditional religous notch and has three shallow fullers along the length of the blade.

Made by Windlass Steelcrafts, this kukri is issued to the Assam Rifles Gurkha Regiment of the Indian Army. It is made of a tempered 1065 high carbon steel and the blade can be sharpened to a very fine edge. It features the traditional religous notch and has three shallow fullers along the length of the blade. The polished, native hardwood handle is reinforced by a brass bolster and a brass pommel with a raised lion's head decoration. The traditional wood scabbard is covered with leather and comes complete with frog. Two companion knives are also included and are housed in seperate compartments at the rear of the scabbard.
