This rifle is sold "as is". The rifle is the original Model1A rifle with the trigger swung from the bottom of the barrel. It is complete. The barrel has rust externally and internally. Great for spare parts.

After WWII, due to the cancelling of military orders for SAF Lithgow, a range of sporting rifles designs were put into production. This included the Model 1, 1A, 1B (single shot .22RF rifles, Model 12 (.22 RF bolt action repeating rifle) a .22 Hornet and a 410g Shotgun built on a modified No.1 MkIII action.
